Daisy is finally back after a whole month of recovering at a private foster. She had two surgeries of the ear.
She had hematoma of the ear. Ear hematomas occur when a blood vessel in the ear bursts and bleeds into the space between the ear cartilage and skin. This is most commonly associated with trauma such as scratching, shaking the ears, or bite wounds. … Dogs with long, floppy ears are at greater risk for developing ear hematomas.
We had to have the blood surgically drained or it would burst and cause her a lot more distress.
Daisy is the sweetest kindest most gentle and loving soul I have ever met. She is a small sized doggy with big button eyes which give you a peek into her gorgeous soul. I so wish dogs like her especially were in homes and not on the streets.
Please send her all the good vibes possible. She is very loved.
We have a huge pending bill with her private foster..he has been kind enough to let me pay it in installments. (Attached herewith)
