Today’s story is extremely heartwarming ๏
In a world where, all we hear of is cruelty, this story comes as a breath of fresh air!
The couple that you see in the pictures here is one that lives in a construction chawl in one of the areas that I feed.
They are from Kolkata and in Pune for work. They have two human children back in their village and have come here to earn money.
They’ve been watching me for nearly a year they say and they’ve been inspired to bring a puppy home. They brought two home! From a ground behind where they live! Tiger and Rocky are their names ๏๏

They’ve been looking after them so so well. In their tiny little shack that they have they keep clean water for them, feed them and even have a little bed area for them!

Looking at how sincere they are I started to give them food for the two little ones.
They approched me for vaccinations and last evening I picked them up and took them to the vet.

When you ask the universe for help, there’s never a time it doesn’t respond. I asked in our volunteer groups if anyone had any lesser priced vaccinations and well I got them for no cost at all ๏. Thank you Rajdip!

Went ahead and picked them up and took them to the vet, where they got thoroughly checked and vaccinated.

The smaller the home sometimes, the larger the heart! Saw it for real today!

People in big cars and on bikes shoo away these innocent voiceless beings and here we have a couple who is doing all they can to keep these two lil lives happy! They even plan to take them to Kolkata next month.
