For the sake of anyone new here, this is a little history:
.
As you all know, Moti has had a wound on his tail since a few months now. I got to know about it a month ago when someone reported it to me.
.
Took him to the vet and got his treatment started.
We were told to wait and watch for about 10-15 days to see the healing progress and give his tail a chance!. It’s been a month Moti has been admitted in a shelter but the progress is negligible. He is getting frustrated poor child and further ending up damaging his tail by chewing on his wound.

The vet has now adviced AMPUTATION OF THE TAIL.
Once amputation takes place, they say he will heal within 15-20 days.
He is going to be shifted to a PRIVATE medical facility and is going to stay there for post op care too.
.
Here’s the catch- after calculations we have realised that we will need about 30 thousand Rupees for his entire treatment which includes – surgery of amputation, medicines, stay in the hospital and transport and after care.

This is an appeal to please please please help Moti get bace in the best of his health and back to his territory where is he very very loved and cared for ! The poor boy has already spent a lot of time away from his people..and every time I meet him he cries as if he’s complaining.
