After Bheem’s EHMER sling was taken off, he has been going through a simple physio protocol on a daily basis.
The vet has advised us to hold his well functioning leg up so that he realises and starts using the leg which was not very functional when he was injured.
We chose to go the non invasive way for several reasons. Maybe surgery would have been quicker but after all he is a street dog who cannot be watched 24*7. Inserting steel plates or anything that needs monitoring yearly was something we were vary off. He’s a young dog..his bones are already in place…he just needs to now start using that leg..
Once he uses it even say about 60-70%..we will release him.
He is on calcium supplements, has been vaccinated and has a beautiful temperament.
How I wish he would get adopted. He’s so handsome too 🧿❤️
Each day at the private paid shelter where Bheem is, costs us Rs 400. He’s already been there for so long, since the 23rd of September – and we don’t know how much longer.
Please help us help Bheem 💕🐾
