Buddy came back from ResQ about 2 weeks ago.
His hip had healed but they mentioned that he won’t use his back left leg, which was ok because he was not in pain.
He was fine initially and then we saw a wound on the paw he wasn’t using .
What was happening was, because he had no sensation on the paw, it hung low and turned inwards, dragging on the ground causing grave injury.
We did as much as we could to treat it onsite but it just wouldn’t get better.
I finally reported him on the Resq app again and they very very kindly came and picked him up again for treatment.
