Aunty Nihar..
I have known her since the age of about 11. I will be honest and say we were not very close at that time to know each other well.
However ,her daughter ,Rifka and I have been friends since that age. We are both 36 today.Rifka and I have been close. Always.
As we grew older we found our own grounds but would sooner than later get back in touch and pick up from where we left. Well that’s true friendship. ๐
Ever since I was able to understand what MS(Multiple Sclerosis) is, I knew aunty Nihar was fighting it.
After college is when I really began to know aunty and spend time with her. I watched her fight this disease every single day. I watched Rifka fight it with her. I drew inspiration from this friend of mine who was as young as me but was actually a mother to her own mother. We learnt so much from her. Rifka has the strength of the highest mountain! Bless you girl for that.
Her vivacious and elegant mother intrigued us -friends . We learnt how to jive from her.(not). We learnt the most beautiful songs from her. We learnt how to wear kaftans with style ! We learnt that we must let go and be fancy free once in a while to be happy .. without realizing we learnt so much.
You have moved on to another plane now aunty and you are definitely in a better place. You are where there is no sickness no pain no malice ..you are where all the world’s most amazing creatures are.. with all the doggies who have moved on tooย ๐พ๐พ๐พ..
We are sure you are having a ball up there and are always looking after Rifka..
Rifka I cannot begin to thank you for the contribution you made for all my street doggies and their food on the occasion of one month of Aunty’s passing.
You have done something that many people won’t even think of doing. Contributing to animals.. animals that aunty loved so so much… Such a beautiful thought .. we are so sure that aunty is jiving away in happiness as all my doggies thank you from the bottom of their beautiful hearts.
Dog bless you is what I always say .. for in the name of dog..lies God. ๐๐พ๐
