Our little Zoey showed signs of water filling in her shoulder area again.
She was taken into surgery to locate the plausible adhesions that had formed because of a previous injury. Sure enough, when Dr T operated , he removed so many adhesions that were forming pockets for the water to fill up.
Adhesions in shoulder muscles can contribute to edema (swelling) through a few mechanisms. Inflammation and scarring, which often accompany muscle adhesions, can lead to increased fluid accumulation in the surrounding tissues. Additionally, restricted movement caused by adhesions can disrupt lymphatic drainage, further contributing to edema.
Such a small body going through so much. I really don’t have the heart to put her back on the streets.. praying we are able to find her a home ..
She’s back at the shelter now and healing. Pls send her all your love, healing and strength.
