BROWNY – was in a hit and run last to last evening .. no ambulances available, me stuck elsewhere, when a good samaritan offered to drive Browny to the shelter.

Browny was so cooperative in spite of the immense pain that he must be in. His left hind legs is completely swollen and hanging.

Got him checked and x-rays taken yesterday, his pelvic bone has broken in three places. It is not repairable 💔.. but the only hope is that he is able to stand on the other three legs.

So all we got to do is now let him rest for about 3-4 weeks with meds and supplements and pray hard that the bones fuse. If not , we will have to amputate that leg . He’s an old boy .. pls send him lots of love and prayers..

Shelter fees Rs 300 a day. 4 -5 weeks min. Do the math 🥺
