Tuffy was found immobile and looked extremely dehydrated and exhausted. No one knew where he came from..

We picked him up and took him for a check up …drew blood for a test..
He was given preliminary treatment and we admitted him to a paid private shelter.

His reports reveal that he has tick fever and he will need around a month to recover.
