Our happy happy goodest boy Bablu was in a terrible hit and run yesterday!
I fail to understand how one can run over a dog fully and then speed up and just flee! How does one live with themselves after that??

Bablu had just had his afternoon meal and was crossing the road, which he does every day and maneuvers really well 🧿… But he wasn’t so lucky last afternoon as some human who couldn’t care less was speeding so bad that he just ran over Bablu completely!

There was a lot of internal and external bleeding that we saw right away…he was screaming in pain.

We had to rush him into an emergency and ensure the vets stabilized him. .. turns out he has a fractured hip and multiple injuries , one even on his penis 💔 which bled so much.
He is still in a lot of pain and hence on heavy medication and sedatives.. we will know more about his injuries once all the swelling subsides…

He is going to have to be under their watchful eye for another two days before we can even think of moving him to a paid shelter for the rest of his recovery.

It’s not even been 24 hours and you can see the estimates and the payments that have been made.
