I received a call at 2 am last night…while the world, including me was celebrating the bringing in of 2025 that Sweety, one of my old girls had been hit by a vehicle and was crying in pain..not able to walk. I could hear her cry in the background while I spoke to the reporter ..but there was absolutely nothing I could do at that hour.

I promised to send an ambulance in the morning but being the 1st of January ,and a holiday for many, it was getting very tough to get one.

Finally @sarfarazmulla_7869 helped me take her to Dr @ghaisas.anushree in a rickshaw, where a thorough check up, x-rays and medical attention was provided..
We then admitted her to @wetnoses_petservices .

We are hopeful that in time she will make a recovery ,but we cannot say how much time..
Please keep Sweety in your prayers..she is an old girl and loves to wiggle and dance whenever she meets me.

It’s not fair that Sweety’s year has begun like this because of a reckless driver. 💔
