This is Julie. Lives outside my society gate and is an absolute sweetheart. Loved by one and all.

Recently she developed some infections under her eyes and on her nose.
She’s extremely loving and friendly but just won’t let me pick her up and put her in the car to take her for a check up…so I did a few tele consults with a few vets and started her off on medication.

Her wounds would heal but come back as soon as the meds stopped. So this time we decided to get her caught by a catcher and take her to the vet.

It’s apparently an underlying bacterial infection and there’s inflammation too.
Cytology reports are yet to come
Her creatine is high so she’s currently on fluid therapy and then we do a recheck of blood counts.

She’s been admitted into the shelter and is on medication.
She’s going to require a long stay and lengthy treatment.
